In The Beginning

We started out of a white tent under the name “Authentic Philly Cheesesteaks”, at the Cody, WY Farmers Market. With the awesome support of the Cody locals, we decided to branch out to other events. After a year of successfully chef’n up authentic cheesesteaks for various events, farmers markets, festivals, golfers, skiers & snowboarders, we felt it was time to take our steak show on the road and get a food truck to bring a little Philly Flava to Wyomingites across the state. And The Fresh Prince of Steaks, was born.

Philly Fresh

What's the 411 in the 307?

TASTY

You might feel a little guilty for treating yourself to a delicious, messy cheesesteak or maybe a gooey, cheesy fried pizza panzarotti thingy with a side of loaded, beefy, crispy Old Bay fries with a hearty drizzle of Whiz on top, but it wouldn’t be a guilty pleasure if it wasn’t so tasty, would it?

Authentic

A quality meal starts with authentic ingredients that's why we have our rolls shipped regularly and only use premium beef with authentic kraft cheese whiz to build our South Philly style cheesesteaks just like I ate when I was a young bull

Celebration

Italians believe food should be fun. My favorite time as a kid growing up was getting together and if you don't think so My Cousin Vinny is gonna come pay you a little visit and give you an attitude adjustment
